The Glasting Water Gloss creates glossy lips with a moderate amount of sparkling glitter in just one touch. The glitter particles are extremely fine and increase the reflectiveness of the gloss for a high-shine. It also creates a visible plumping effect by forming a clear moisture film over lips for a voluminous finish.
